sick today

I´ve eaten something I should´nt have and have a very upset stomach. When my stomach is upset I am upset. I hav´nt eaten for 24 hrs just drank fluids. My friend at school has kindly given me some medication but I think this maybe the first of many upset stomachs on the trip! Theres more info but I will spare you the details. Only to say the the kids are´nt happy!!! Indicidently cubans don´t generally go in for loo seats!
